C. D. De Fonseka & Sons, established as a family business in 1896, is one of the pioneering and oldest Natural, Coconut Vinegar Manufacturers in Sri Lanka. We are best known in the industry as a fine and high quality food processor.

From the introduction of the breakthrough, patented process of producing natural Coconut Vinegar from Coconut Water being the pioneer to install the Acetator Process (the latest technology in the manufacture of ‘high strength’ vinegar), in the whole of South and South East Asia, C. D. De Fonseka & Sons continuously innovates and improves processes periodically.

We are dedicated and committed to provide the best quality products, to ensure and exceed customer satisfaction and expectations. Currently, the Company holds Certifications from all major international monitoring and certification bodies.
